Andrew grew up in Kendallville, IN. He attended Ball State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. He met his wife Kyndra while attending college and they have now been married for over 20 years. They have two children, Eliott and Ellerie, who keep them busy. As a family, they enjoy swimming, watching movies and attending Fort Wayne Mad Ants' games.
